Labor Day Link Up

If you’ve been around for a little while – you know I do my best to NEVER pay full price for items in my home, occasionally this isn’t possible – but one of my tips is waiting for the great holiday sales offered here in the States during our holiday weekends. So – whether you are shopping to refresh a space, or to finally pick up that new night stand you’ve been eyeing, for a new home, just browsing some super fun home decor items- or just because you deserve to (it’s self care, right?), here’s a round up of my favorite Labor Day Sale items for your home.

Thanks for scrolling friends – long, but such great prices! I feel like I always want to toss this in – remember, these are just things. And yes, things can make our homes prettier and more comfortable – I don’t think there’s anything wrong with collecting things in your home that make you happy. That give your space that “feeling”. But at the end of the day – what’s really, really important is who we share these spaces with – not the things in them. ❤ Happy long weekend! We’re buzzing off to NYC today for the US OPEN and a few other fun events – just me & my hubby. We haven’t vacationed just the TWO of us since last September, isn’t that crazy? SO looking forward to some time together. XOXO.

eight round dining tables under $600

I’ve mentioned before here and over on IG that our kitchen is an open concept from our living room – and how much I love that I’m able to entertain in this space regardless of us getting a little squishy in our little 2200 sq foot home. I’m always trying to come up with ways to make this space flow easily. Our kitchen table is a long rectangle farmhouse table that seats 6 very comfortably – I LOVE this table, don’t get me wrong. But lately I’ve been picturing if we had a round table in this space – how much easier it might be to move around it when we have company over. Hmmm .. I haven’t made up my mind for sure yet, I’m a big believer in thinking & maybe even over thinking bigger purchases. But in my browsing – my favorite round tables (for 6) UNDER $600.

From left to right
1: World Market Blonde Wood Table $549
2: Wayfair Laguna Dining Table $540
3: The Furniture Lady Farrah Table $535
4: Wayfair Baumgarten Dining Table $549

5: Pottery Barn Owen Extendable Table $559 – also comes in white, I was SHOCKED to see this at this price!
6: West Elm Arch Base Table $599
7: West Elm Poppy Extendable Table $499
8: ACF Wholesale Grindleburg Table $534

Numbers 1, 3 & 5 are my very favorites – and clearly very similar in styles. I’m super cautious when purchasing furniture online as the wood grain and color can be so different once it’s home, it makes me nervous! – luckily each of these stores are fairly close to me in Utah, here in the next week or two I’ll run by and check each out in person before making a final decision. Follow along on our IG – @red.front.door – I’ll make sure to share my thoughts in my stories.

Happy Monday friends – I hope your week is extra lovely and feels EXTRA short. PS: We’re getting ready this week to head to NYC for a few days — any must see or do’s? Drop them in the comments here!

the sunday link up

Switching things up this lovely Sunday morning – with SIX things I’m loving right now on Amazon.

Leopard is BACK. Personally – I really don’t think it ever left. It’s always been one of my favorite prints – on just about everything. And it makes me extra happy to see it all over the place again lately. This leopard tee fits true to size, it’s a great basic – and under $20!

It’s summer – and we’ve been spending a lot of time at the lake on our boat. I purposely don’t plan ANY type of travel during the summer months so we can spend our weekends out in the sunshine on the water. Cold drinks are a must – I love these cute slim can sleeves!

Birkenstock DUPES – for under $25 no less. These are comfy – have real leather foot beds and great support. If your looking for a cheaper option – these are it! I’m super happy with these and have been wearing them all summer. ❤

Reference my past post – I’m an essential oil junkie. I’ll note – this diffuser is a bit of an “investment” – as it’s $99. But sometimes you’ve gotta treat yo self. And it’s just SO pretty. And functional. And what all my diffuser dreams are made of.

Calling all foodies – and wine lovers. You NEED this cookbook. It’s a current favorite in my house – and everything so far has been delicious with spot on pairings.

I’m a little bit of a work out leggings fanatic – and while my favorite brands are Gymshark and VS Sport they can get a little bit pricey! (PS: another thing I rarely pay full price for – watch those sales!) – however, when you find a pair that lives up to what’s needed – squat proof, holds everything in and flattering for LESS – these Colorfulkoala High Waisted leggings check all of those boxes – and are HALF the cost. At just $29.99 — win win!

Happy, happy Sunday ! Xoxo.
