Sausage & Kale Soup

It’s supposed to be spring – but it still feels like winter at my house and I am still craving all the warm comfort foods. Que one of my favorite go – to recipes – it’s quick and easy, gluten free and delicious.

I love to serve this with some crusty bread – but it’s amazing on it’s own too! I use Italian seasoned ground turkey sausage from my local deli normally, I’ve also used Aidell’s Chicken Sausage sliced up – equally as delicious and adds a little pop of flavor with the mozzarella cheese center. The above recipe serves 5-6 good helpings – and you’ll have dinner on the table in about 30 minutes.
